This is a beautiful historic house.
Gorran on the first floor has one bedroom, with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has Cooker, Fridge/Freezer and Microwave. There are Colour Televisions, DVD players and Stereos in each apartment and wireless internet. A shared laundry is available if needed.
Our large, beautifully secluded, award winning gardens are a delight with heated, open air swimming pool and loungers. A BBQ and children's play area are available. The Games room has table tennis, pool, air hockey, table football and some gym equipment.

Our location on the edge of the quiet rural village of Lanreath by Looe is
idyllic. View stunning countryside and relax in our peaceful retreat. We are only 6 miles from the picturesque fishing villages of Looe and Polperro and close to pretty beaches, the southwest coast path with its fabulous coastal views and the Eden Project. This is an ideal location to explore Cornwall, with its gardens, heritage and unspoilt beauty. Shop within walking distance and delicious food at the local pub 2 miles away.
We welcome you on Saturdays in high season for one or more full weeks. At other times of the year, flexible breaks are possible, as are shorter holidays. You may arrive anytime after 3.30pm and we personally greet you and show you around, providing information on the local area and Cornwall. Our home made cream tea is always popular after your journey.
To find us, take the A38 from the end of the M5 motorway. After the Liskeard turning (some 60 miles), take the A390 towards St Austell.
After passing through East Taphouse village, turn left towards Looe. After 6 miles there is a turning into Lanreath village. Take the second right and The Old Rectory can be located at the end of a narrow driveway. Detailed directions are sent on booking
